New year – new opportunities, so why not start by freshening up and tidying up your home. Make a change so you can make a change too. Jump out of your comfort zone and take on something that’s not you at all, or do something you really want to do.
New Year – New Life
It’s all about tidy packing and cleaning, a clean environment is best, especially after Christmas and New Year. Clean up the Christmas tree and confetti and do everything you’ve been putting off right now, because if you don’t do it now, you won’t do it for the rest of the year.
Garbage collection
Get rid of what you don’t need. Donate it, sell it or throw away what you can’t use. It’s your new year, the year of new opportunities and get rid of what’s broken and beyond repair. The great advantage of decluttering is that it frees up a lot of space, which you should try to keep instead of cluttering up again.
Restructuring
It’s time to redecorate your home. Whether you’re just putting up a picture on the wall or rotating your living room sets, make a change. Think about what you would change in your home and do it now. If you don’t like it, you can always redecorate. A new tidy environment will completely change the feel of the room and you’ll feel much more high.
Renewal
As I wrote in the beginning, jump out of your comfort zone and get something/things that are completely out of your comfort zone, but that you like for some reason. Fixing flaws in the walls and adding a new color can completely change your home. You can renovate your bathroom with new tiles to match your style or a new shower/tub.
